All systems include 12 months of technical support via email and phone, software updates, and access to our online learning resources. Extended support plans are available for additional coverage. Australian-based support team with quantum expertise.

Yes! We offer comprehensive training programs from 2-day fundamentals workshops to 3-day advanced programming courses. We can also provide custom training for your institution, including train-the-trainer programs for educators.

Is installation included?
Professional on-site installation is available as an add-on service. Our engineers will set up your system, calibrate the optics, configure the software, and provide basic user training. Most desktop systems can also be self-installed following our comprehensive guide.

What curriculum materials are available?
We provide comprehensive educational resources including lab exercises, lecture slides, assessment materials, and a full Python SDK with tutorials. Materials are aligned with Australian university physics and computer science curricula. We also provide integration guides for Qiskit and Cirq.
